Buddies
Our buddies play one of the most important roles in the Miracle League experience.
Before each game, buddies greet their players with excitement, encouragement, and support. Throughout the game, they assist players on the field, celebrate every hit and run, and help create an atmosphere where every athlete feels confident and included.
Over time, many buddies and players develop lasting friendships that extend far beyond the ballpark.
Most buddies are paired with the same player season after season, creating meaningful bonds and unforgettable memories for both athletes and volunteers.
Buddies must be at least 12 years old before the start of the season.

Floater Buddies
We also welcome “floater” buddies who can fill in when a player’s regular buddy is unavailable or when additional assistance is needed during games.
Floater buddies are a great option for volunteers who may only be available for a few games each season.Volunteer
